Congratulations to my wonderful husband, he graduated with his Bachelors Degree in Construction Management today. I am so proud of you!! Eddie joe with his sisters: Amanda, Katie, and Rosemary. Being silly.
While Eddie joe's family was in town for the graduation today, we also celebrated Christmas with them. Jayden got a toy guitar from Grandpa Tony and Linda and a toy engine to work on. He also got several cars to play with. Grandma Vicki got him a remote control car and Auntie Amanda got him a drum set and a remote control spider (for his B-day).

Halloween was fun this year because Jayden is old enough to be involved and excited about things. We bought him a small pumpkin, and it was the hardest pumpkin we had ever seen. There was no way to carve it, so Eddie joe pulled out the drill. It was really the only option. Then Jayden colored some hair on the pumpkin, and eventually Eddie joe made one just like Jayden's. I carved a Sponge Bob Square Pants pumpkin, it turned out ok. He loves power tools, but not flying pumpkin pieces.
Working on the pupkins.
Eddie joe and Jayden's matching pumpkins.
Here are all of the pumpkins, and my boys.
Jayden getting dressed up. We only went around the block once and a little on the next street. He ended up with his pumpkin full and then half over again. We don't get too many trick or treaters in our neighborhood, so people just gave huge handfulls (I found myself doing the same thing). We had fun.
This year we took a family trip to Mcalls Pumpkin Patch. Despite the fact that it was windy, we had a great time. We took a hay ride out to the pumpkin patch to pick our pumpkins and did some of the other attractions they had to offer. Between the wind and the fact that Jayden had finally overcome the flu the day before, we only lasted about 5 hours, but we will definitely go back next year. Jayden and I on the Hayride (see, it was windy).
Jayden and his funny face (we were on our way out at this point).
Jayden got to ride the pedal cars, he thought it was soo much fun. Eddie joe didn't wait in line to ride the adult ones, but he did decide he needs one for himself.
Our pumpkins!
It's REALLY hard to find the perfect pumpking when there are soooooo many to choose from. O, and then once you pick one or two, you have to carry them back to the tractor :). It was a lot of fun.
Jayden's favorite part of the entire thing was not the farm animals, the jump house, or the pumpkin patch, but the cow train. He went on it three times.
Jayden and his friend Corina at the ward halloween part. They are best buds (Corina's mom watches Jayden for us).
Jayden is a cowboy this year for halloween.
Grandma Louisa sent Jayden this hug box of candy. He was thrilled!
Nap Time!!!
Scooter time. Eddie joe and Jayden took their scooters to the park. Jayden thought it was soooo cool that they could ride scooters together. Only Eddie joe would still have his childhood scooter, they are too cute!
Jayden found roller blades at the second hand store that we absolutely had to have. After the first go he hasn't been too interested in getting back on them, so we will try again next year (thank goodness, he's still too small for these).
We haven't done too much exciting lately, because we've been sick and stuff. But here are a few videos from earlier this summer. Eddie joe and Jayden were having fun, until.....
This summer we were able to go to Branson Missouri to celebrate my grandparents 50th Wedding Anniversary. The pictures below are only a few and they are in a random order (because I can not figure out how to move them?!?!). There are probably more coming, there are so many to choose from. It was so fun to see everyone! Aunt Kim, Eddie joe, myself and Jayden taking a little rest, it is REALLY hot and humid there.
Mom and I!
Eddie joe, Jayden, Justin, and Cousin Noah!
We were able to go into Marble Cave, it was really cool (once we got into it).
My little borther Christian and sister Bridget, EJ, and my dad!
Aunt Bridget and Jayden.
The whole clan, this is everyone in this family (4 generations), sadly we were missing my cousin Alisha, but we were thinking of her!

Jayden and cousin Noah, he was so excited to have someone to play with him. He is still talking about and to cousing Noah.
