Early Halloween Fun

We were incharge of bringing cupcakes to the ward halloween party. Jayden is helping to put sprinkles on them.

Jayden was the dogs from Blues Clues. He's never seen the show before, but he seemed to enjoy wearing his costume.

Jayden checking out the loot he scored doing some trunk or treating. He was very excited about the suckers.

They had three little ponies that they were able to ride. I believe this pony's name was cheyenne.

Huh, somehow I managed to make the text of that last post into a link?!?! I would probably be better at this if I spent more time doing it, it's usually just my goal to get the pictures up and move on.

Jayden has recently moved into a phase where he will actually play by himself for a while. It is very nice, despite the fact that he enjoys destructive activities, like taking the cushions off of my couch and using them as a slide.

He is very interested in pumpkins, we went to Target to return something last night and he was AMAZED at all of the pumpkin "stuff". He pointed at anything that was orange and said, "cool, cool". It was so cute, although people kept looking at him funny.

He is still unable to walk around the house, he must ride his bike everywhere. Even into the bathroom to brush his teeth, it is not a large bathroom.

And my quite time is over. Jayden managed to fall over and hit his head on the side of the desk and now he is pulling my arm saying, "out, out, no, out".

So that"s all for now!

Day in the Mountains!

So we had the opportunity in early September to go up to the mountains with friends and family to repel, play with airsoft guns and pic-nic. Grandma Vicki and Aunt Katie happened to be in town this weekend so they were able to come with us. Troy and Yanni are friends of ours and they have lots of family, they are all fun and kind enough to let us hang out with them.

More Idaho Vacation Pictures

I know that I post a lot more pictures then I write, but that's because a picture is worth a thousand words. And to be perfectly honest we took a ton of pictures on this trip, and I like a lot of them. So some of these are at the arch on the way to Idaho. The others were taken at the Idaho Falls Zoo. I am so far behind on my blogging that I am not sure I will ever catch up, wait that's the story of my life :).

Happy Birthday Katie and Christian!!!

So Eddie joe's little sister Katie, and my little brother Christian are only 1 week apart. Katie turned 17 on September 22nd and Christian turned 17 on September 28th!!!

Happy Birthday to you both! We love you!!

Uncle Christian and Jayden, loving their popsickles. I couldn't pick so I posted both pictures!

New Addition!

Jayden has been extremely interested in bikes since he could crawl. He asks Eddie joe every day to take him into the garage that he can look at bikes. He also loves to ride in his bike trailer, and asks everyday to go for a ride. He loves it when Eddie joe sits him on the bike seat. Because of this great love of bikes we have been looking for a tricycle for him, and we finally found one on Craigslist this weekend!! He is soooo excited, he parks it in his room at night. As soon as he gets a helmet it will become an outside toy because in 2 days he has figured out how to pedal it and can go too fast for my poor little house!

He got to ride it first right after church, so he's still dressed up. He now does a cheesy smile for the camera, so that's what all of the shots have in them. You can see the joy and excitement that he has about this bike.

This is another addition to our bike collection. For those of you that were thinking of something else, I got ya!

Idaho Trip

Earlier this month we went to Idaho to visit the Denny side of the family. We had a great time. It was nice to get away and relax for the week. We went camping, fishing, swimming, and to the zoo. We also took some family pictures ourselves, they turned out pretty good! There are a lot of pictures so I may post them over a few days.

Thanks Mom and Dad, we had a great time.

First are some of the family pictures that we took.

Jayden loved the rabery's (raspberries) and grandma and grandpa's house, he took frequent trips out to the bushes. (Jayden and Grandma Louisa).

We went swimming at some hot springs, everyone enjoyed the cool and warm pools.
My dad, Bridget, Eddie joe, and Jayden.

Grandma Louisa and Jayden warmed up on the grass and ate watermelon.

We went camping and fishing. We all enjoyed fishing the first day but unfortunately Jayden wasn't feeling very well so mom and I ended up leaving early to take him to an urgent care clinic. He had a soar throat and fever, possibly moving into an ear infection, so we took him home. Dad, Eddie joe, and Bridget stayed another day and fished hard.

I am running out of time, so I will post more later. Eddie joe is rearranging things and trying to get Jayden to take a nap, so I should help. For some reason Jayden got up at 4:30 this morning (very unusual), he wanted to get in bed with us. He tossed and turned, pulled my hair and kicked me until about 5:45 when I ordered him back to his own bed. He then threw an all out fit because he wanted crackers?!? Maybe he woke up because he was hungry? Anyway we are all tired today, so I'm hoping that we can all catch a nap (wish me luck on that).
