Grandpa Byron got him some fake guns, now he can be like dad (we are not allowed to shoot people or other living things). Jayden is excited.
Aunt Amanda got Jayden three Elmo balloons, he REALLY loved these.
Putting both the gun and the balloons to good use. Here he is hunting his balloons.
Aunt Bridget got Jayden some play-doh. He spent about an hour and a half playing play-doh with Aunt Katie and Aunt Amanda. This was one of their creations, I'm not actually sure how they got the mustache to stick on his face.
Thank you all for the gifts, he had a good birthday. I am seriously thinking about celebrating it in June next year, I'll wait and see what he says about it next year.

What a fun birthday! I thought I had it bad with the girls having their b-days in the fall, but you definitely win! I think that June is a great idea. Happy New Year!
I can't believe he's already two! I guess I'm getting old too because I find myself saying, "I remember when he was just a newborn" a lot.
I like your idea about June:). I'm always "toy-ed" out after Christmas. It looks like he had a great time though and you guys too:).
