So this summer we have spent a lot of time in our back yard, we FINALLY finished it. Here are some picts, and random ones too. 
The garden, it's more impressive looking now, but we actually got tomatos, beans, zuccini, carrots, and a few other things out of it. I'm pretty proud of it since I'm still working full time, imagine what I could do if I wasn't working?!?!?

We've been here three years this month. We finally got the backyard finished, now we need to tackle the outside of the house and the front yard. We really enjoy our backyard now.
Chili's, I grew them myself. Ok, it's not that impressive, I think I have about this many ready to be picked again.

We went for a 3 mile hike, Jayden did great, he's like the energizer bunny. We all enjoyed this!
4th of July, fireworks are new for Jayden, he didn't seem to enjoy them too much, but he didn't cry either. That's our friend Sierra hiding behind us.

I'm impressed with your garden!! Way to go. Why is it that the gardens in NM, in the DESERT, seem to be doing better than here where it rains all the time...hmmm. Jayden is such a doll and great job on your backyard, it's gorgeous!
Your backyard does look great! and I'm impressed with your garden too! Have you had a garden before? We're buying a house; crazy, I know. I feel a little overwhelmed but we're moving next weekend and I've been thinking of doing a garden this spring. I've never done one before. Any advice you can send my way I would love! Thanks for the updates. It's so fun to see pictures of Jayden and you guys.
We'll be back in NM one day, maybe 2013:)! I'm sorry we missed you while we were there. Time got away from me...I would love to go walking and talking with you again one day, like old times.
